We are a Social Media Management Agency and very very busy. We are looking for a Highly Motivated Online Chat Support for all our client’s social media. This is a remote work from home position. We need someone who is clever, well-organized, open-minded, reliable and trustworthy. In addition, this person we are looking for should be flexible, imaginative, has initiative, creative and loves to communicate with people.
As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on our client’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Full training is provided.
Qualifications are:
• Strong English written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication
• Excellent written skills communication skills
• Must be a native or near-native speaker of English and have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Will have to speak with American clients and understand jargon.
• Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone/Tablet/Desktop/Laptop)
• Be able to work independently
• Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
• Reliable internet connection
Responsibilities of an Online Sales Chat Support:
• Respond to chat messages initiated by the client
• Initiate chat with customers
• Upsell customers to more premium package
• Works to enhance client experience, as well as create long-lasting customer relationships, by building rapport, recommending modifications to products and services which promotes customer experience and retention, driving direct sales and ensuring overall superior customer service experience
• Respond to inbound chats in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain quality relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional experience and service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting needs and expectations
• Use sales skills to build customer base and have the autonomy to make decisions as they relate to daily priorities and assigned tasks
• Identify and help solve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to communicate product features, benefits and pricing
• Use knowledge to make recommendations about promotions, auxiliary products such as upgrades and other premium services
• Build strong relationships with customers, critical to achieving sales quotas and broadening customer base, all to ensure customer retention and development of business
• Maintain CRM and updates in the system for reporting
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Compensation is based on an hourly rate and will be discussed to successful applicants. Bonus incentives apply based on performance. Position needed to be filled ASAP, will start with three days training (paid) and a one day test (paid). Successful applicant will be on a 3-month probationary period or earlier depending on performance.
Hours per week: 40+ available
