We are seeking talented and experienced Human Resources Managers to join our team at ChatWorkers AI. Our goal is to become the number one B2B AI consulting service on the planet, and we need HR Managers who can help us achieve this goal by leading our HR and recruiting efforts and ensuring that our employees are engaged, supported, and developed.
As an HR Manager at ChatWorkers AI, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee development programs. You will work closely with other members of the management team to ensure that our HR efforts are aligned with company goals and that our employees are being engaged, supported, and developed effectively.
To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You must also have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to make informed decisions that drive employee engagement and success.

Responsibilities:
– Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and ensuring fair treatment
– Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top talent
– Develop and implement employee development programs to support employee growth
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR goals are aligned with company goals
– Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
– Reach weekly KPIs
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices
Having a paid version of LinkedIn for recruitment is a plus, but not a requirement.
