Immediate Job Opening: Web Developer

My name is Justin and the owner of Several businesses
(Based in South Korea – Escape Rooms and Digital Agencies, Singapore – Systems Development Business and Investments, etc)

Our companies currently require assistance from an inhouse
[Web Developer (WordPress / Phone App / Core Build Websites)]
to help grow the businesses.

We are looking for a reliable person to work side by side with as we grow and expand the business.

This is a role that fosters a Long-Term Relationship with on-going work, and is NOT a onetime project.

The ideal candidate will be working directly with me or our higher management and will be assisting in the following types of tasks:

Web Development (Main Responsibility):

– Analyzing Existing current websites and making updates and functionality changes
– Working with designs provided by Adobe XD or FIGMA to create sites in
– WordPress / Shopify / Amazon Listings / Core Web builds
– Creating /Developing / Coding WordPress Website And Blogs from scratch
– Creating /Developing / Coding Dynamic Websites (HTML / PHP / JavaScript / Etc)
– Creating /Developing / Coding a Website from scratch (Non WordPress)
– Creating /Developing / Coding Custom WordPress themes or Plugins
– Creating /Developing / Coding Theme & Design of Site
– Adding and configuring specific widgets and plugins
– Regular maintenance of WebSites
– Base understanding of Hosting and Server to manage site issues
– Other miscellaneous development projects

Optional: (Great Plus points to Have – But NOT Required)
– Any experience with South Korean work/companies/language/etc

Virtual assistance (Sub responsibility):
– Research to obtain required resources for projects
– General research on latest developments

Details on our company processes will be provided and specialization training might be provided based on proficiency and capabilities of the candidate.

This position requires good English verbal skills for conversing and good English written skills for communication

Ideal candidate MUST be able to access good and stable internet connections from their work venue (e.g. home) and must also be able to communicate through an online virtual phone system (Zoom & Mobile Chats are preferred and can be used for free.)

Most importantly the ideal candidate MUST have a great, positive, CAN DO attitude and a willingness to learn and serve team members and clients.

We love to treat our personnel as team members rather than simply employees so we only want positive individuals on team.

Work wise, we tend to focus on results and speed of work and of course quality. The priority is that the task is completed on time and that the work is done well.

We also practice awarding monetary bonuses for great work done. When a person deserves to be rewarded, we do not hesitate to do so. (Of course the individual must first prove his/her loyalty and responsibility to the company)

Terms:
– Ideal candidate MUST be available to work 5 or 6 days per week

– Business hours are generally between an 8 hr time slot within 11am-11pm South Korean local Time (GMT+9) [Negotiable per 10 hr period – Including Lunch and/or Dinner Hrs]

– Candidate MUST be online and accessible via phone and instant message (Skype/Kakao/Whatsapp) during confirmed business hours and responsive to myself and possible clients.

– Compensation will depend on experience and skills and be further discussed on a call (Zoom or Skype)
