You will be the front line in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering tailored product advice, and ensuring their journey with us is nothing short of exceptional. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality customer support via Zendesk, Gorgias, or Gladly, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
– Expertly navigate our Shopify platform to assist customers with product inquiries and order-related questions.
– Adhere to and enrich our SOPs to ensure consistent service excellence.
– Collaboratively work towards enhancing our customer service processes.
– Stay abreast of our product range and policies to provide the most accurate and helpful information to our customers.
Qualifications:
– Experience with DTC brands, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and e-commerce dynamics.
– Familiarity with Shopify; proficiency in Zendesk, Gorgias, or Gladly is highly desirable.
– Excellent written English communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
– Adaptability to work within US time zones.
– A proactive problem-solver, keen on following SOPs with precision.
