Salary: $409.56 – $731.92 per month, based on experience, plus bonuses
Description:
Are you a night owl with exceptional sales and customer service skills? A Cross Law Firm PLLC is seeking a Remote Client Intake and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client intake processes, scheduling consultations, and driving sales initiatives during the graveyard shift hours in the phillipines, which is business hours here in the USA.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Smith AI answering service platform to manage incoming calls and schedule consultations, and return calls.
Collect retainer payments when needed.
Coordinate client intake procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling and documentation.
Draft and tailor contracts using Clio management system to meet clients’ needs and expectations (defining the scope of services in the contracts).
Complete comprehensive training via Trainual system to understand firm procedures and responsibilities.
Bring in a minimum of five new cases per month and schedule at least three consultations monthly.
Build rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the firm’s services.
Collaborate closely with the CFO and other team members to identify sales opportunities and ensure alignment with firm objectives.
Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines regarding sales practices, avoiding misrepresentation and refraining from providing legal advice.
Ensure adherence to firm’s client avatar criteria, aligning potential clients with the firm’s target demographics and service offerings.
Requirements:
Background in psychology, customer service, or sales preferred.
Excellent English Speaking Communication Ability is required (this is a client facing role)
Professional demeanor, and a problem solving nature is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client interactions.
Previous experience in sales, intake coordination, or contract management highly desired.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during the graveyard shift. You must be spry and alert to make sales.
Completion of training modules and tests via Trainual system for the intake specialist (all intake training must be completed before you start in trainual).
Commitment to ethical sales practices and adherence to legal guidelines.
