We are a dynamic Australian FinTech company specializing in processing tax lodgements for clients. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and build a strong team. This role is crucial for attracting and hiring professionals in accounting, customer service, sales, and other key areas, all within the fast-paced and evolving FinTech sector. We are an Australian company – you will work in PH business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry-Specific Recruitment Strategy:
• Design and implement recruiting strategies tailored to the FinTech sector, targeting top talent in accounting, customer service, sales, and related fields.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to attract candidates who can navigate the complexities of financial technology and tax processing.

End-to-End Recruitment Management:
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, reflecting our company’s values and dynamic culture.

HR Policy Development and Implementation:
• Develop HR policies that support our FinTech business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding procedures to align with the specific needs of a FinTech environment.

Compliance and Verification:
• Conduct thorough background checks, focusing on the integrity and reliability crucial in the FinTech industry.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements in all hiring practices.

Performance Management:
• Develop performance management systems that align with our fast-paced, tech-driven business model.
• Implement efficient timesheet and performance tracking systems to monitor and support our team’s productivity.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the FinTech or related financial services sectors.
• Strong understanding of the FinTech industry, including regulatory requirements and industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with professionals in accounting, customer service, and sales.
• Proactive and independent with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
