Look no further! We are seeking a talented and qualified Vice President of Information Technology to lead our IT department with expertise and vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage our IT department, setting strategic goals and objectives in alignment with our business objectives.
• Develop and execute IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team of IT professionals through effective coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Create a culture of continuous learning and professional development, fostering an environment that promotes innovation and growth.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support the organization’s overall goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements, ensuring our technology infrastructure remains cutting-edge and secure.
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of SOC2 or ISO 27000 certification standards and ensure compliance across IT operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT department, with a focus on strategic planning and team management.
• Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in training and developing IT professionals to enhance their skills and drive team performance.
• Proficient in writing technical documentation, policies, and standards.
• Knowledge and experience with SOC2 or ISO 27000 certification requirements and compliance.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

COMPUTER HARDWARE:
• Windows Computer (Desktop or laptop) no MAC Computer
• At least Core Intel i5 or equivalent
• Must have 8GB RAM (16GB is preferred)
• Must have at least 30GB of free disk space available
• Dual Screen Display Monitor
• One available USB port for the headset
• One Noise canceling headset like Plantronics or Jabra
COMPUTER SOFTWARE:
• Operating system must be Windows 10 Pro Only
• Must have the latest Windows updates
• Must have an antivirus installed and updated
• There MUST be no Possible Unwanted Applications (PUA, Malware, or adware)

INTERNET SERVICE:
• Should have cable or fiber internet service.
• Minimum upload speed (25mbps)
• Minimum Download Speed (25mbps)

NETWORK:
• Computer must be connected via LAN at least 100MBPS
• Good reception for WIFI
