We’re currently offering a part-time position, and totally get it if you have other commitments or responsibilities as long as the work gets done for the day. We’re looking for someone who will be a great fit with the team (as we want a great work environment) and who can grow with us.

Job Description:
The Immigration Paralegal will play a crucial role in tracing client funds to provide a comprehensive financial picture necessary for visa applications. This position involves drafting detailed write-ups related to financial flows, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating the visa application process to support our clients’ international mobility needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
-Trace and document the flow of clients’ funds from submitted bank statements as part of the visa application process, presenting a comprehensive financial picture.
-Draft clear and concise write-ups explaining the financial aspects of clients’ visa applications.
-Coordinate with clients to collect all necessary documentation for their visa applications.
-Coordinate the preparation and submission of visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in administrative roles
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
These are a plus but not required:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
-Familiarity with reconciling statements or accounting-related experience is a plus but not required.
-Preferably with exposure to visa application processes or immigration services is a plus but not required.
