Position Overview:

The Implementation Coordinator at Frequenci is a multifaceted role responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of marketing automations for our clients. You will be at the forefront of client interaction, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide future fulfillment personnel, maintaining an open line of communication with clients to ensure timely deliverables, and guiding them through the activation process. Additionally, you will be tasked with the creation and automation of monthly performance reports, offering clients valuable insights. Proficiency in various software tools, including Excel, Word, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Google Business, and web-based automation software, is essential for success in this role. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in these tools; we provide comprehensive training and easy-to-use templates.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique marketing automation needs and objectives.

SOP Development: Create clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline implementation processes for future use.

Continuous Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure the timely submission of necessary assets and information.

Onboarding and Deployment: Oversee the onboarding and deployment of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to activation.

Performance Reporting: Generate and automate monthly performance reports, delivering actionable insights to clients.

Software Proficiency: Utilize a range of software tools, including Excel, Word, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Google Business, and web-based automation software, for efficient implementation.

Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in software tools like Excel, Word, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Google Business, and web-based automation software (training provided).
Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required Technical Skills:
Software Proficiency: Understanding of Excel, Word, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Google Business, and web-based automation software functionalities.

Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools used in marketing automation.

Data Management: Ability to handle and analyze data effectively.
