Responsibilities:

– Gather comprehensive information for implementation from new clients who have just signed up;
– Manage the onboarding process for new clients, conducting detailed training sessions;
– Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, forwarding requests and ensuring timely fulfillment;
– Proactively follow up with clients to ensure they are actively using the system and address any questions/issues/requests;
– Report to the team lead on a weekly basis;
– Conduct refresher training sessions for existing clients to ensure continued success and engagement with the platform.

Requirements:

– Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher);
– Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms;
– Experience: Previous experience in the IT industry, particularly with client onboarding and working with B2B clients;
– Customer Focus: Positive attitude towards customers, colleagues, and the company. Passionate about your role and
contributing to the company’s vision;
– Self-Motivation: High energy and self-drive, eager to learn and share knowledge;
– Professionalism: Maintain high standards of professionalism and tact;
– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritizing skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet
deadlines;
– Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM platforms like , SAP Sales Cloud, or other similar systems is an asset.
– Flexibility: Willingness to work within the Canadian time zone; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
