Role at a Glance

In this role, you will play a key role in our Implementation team, focusing on the customization and styling of client websites using our proprietary content management system. This role requires a keen eye for design and the ability to work within brand guidelines to create visually appealing websites. You will be working closely with our Customer Success team, ensuring that the websites not only look good but also function seamlessly.

Responsibilities

– Customize website templates using our content management dashboard to align with client branding, including colors, fonts, and overall styling.
– Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure all content is accurately integrated and presented to enhance the site’s visual appeal and user experience.
– Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites are responsive and optimized across different devices.
Provide feedback and suggestions to our team for product and process improvements.

Core Competencies

– Experience working with websites or in a design-related field.
– Familiarity with no-code content management systems and an understanding of web development principles
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and with remote teams.
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Strong work ethic, initiative, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
– (Bonus) Experience working in the beauty industry and/or restaurant industry (our two main client industries)
