We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help us grow our industrial distribution (import/export) business by running and improving our operations.
The tasks we anticipate we will require from you are:
1. Processing orders, invoices, shipping documents (HAWBs and BOLs), packing lists etc. – Minimum 3 years experience with all these shipping documents and processes REQUIRED.
2. Quickbooks – in the next few months we will migrate from processing our orders/invoices through Word and Excel to Quickbooks.
3. Personal assistant work for senior management e.g. research projects, vendor registrations, etc.
4. Formatting documents in word and powerpoint, as needed.
5. Issuing DO to logistic service provider in USA and following up with them to make sure deliveries are on track
6. Able to book local deliveries within USA through dash board
