Import-Export Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Import-Export Sales Representative to help us build up our business activities. We are looking for someone with network and experience selling used branded apparels.

Import-Export Sales Representative responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. We’d like to meet you if you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop plans and strategies to achieve sales target monthly
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings and calls with potential clients
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends
Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets
Managing administration, such as orders, contracts, and export documents
Maintain trustworthy professional relationships with existing and prospective clients

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Import-Export Sales Representative or relevant role
Self-starter with exceptional selling and negotiating skills to achieve sales targets ultimately
Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and make appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand the client’s needs and interact with the vendors
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner with and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Strong presentation skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a target-driven environment
Should be result-oriented with sound business acumen, excellent time management, and organization skills
Open-mindedness toward other cultures
