Job Description

As an In-House Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and supporting our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct cold calling to potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to potential clients using provided scripts and contact lists.
• Identify and qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering necessary information.
• Set appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to develop and implement effective cold-calling strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments. (Depending on hours worked)
• Stay informed about the real estate market, our listings, and our services to provide accurate information to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (Follow Up Boss) and other relevant tools.
