Job Description
Immediate opening for a Full-time (100% WFH) Video Editing specialist within CMC Groups and it’s subsidiaries. This position is for someone with proven track record of creating and launching complete edited videos and can multitask, has strong organizational skills, pays attention to detail, and works under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp and understanding of all popular social media platforms and video editing skills from all popular platforms. Ability to complete tasks on command within specified time frames.

The current position is working with our largest client in the telecom and real estate industry. We develop personal and professional relationships with customers on behalf of our clients. We are expanding and are building a development center in the Philippines for 2024.

Other Requirements

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and customer information.
• Can control and maintain a calm demeanor and professionalism at all times
• Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection.
• Latest-model computer (preferably i5 Core or higher, and at least 8GB ram)
• Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working.
• Quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Be the point person for new videos edits and final production on a weekly basis.
• Must have Video editing and Photoshop experience along with marketing background in social media platforms
• Must have extensive knowledge with Adobe Premiere
• Must be well-versed with Slog 3 files (Raw format adoption from A-Z with accurate color grading)
• Great grasp of video concept to increase reach
• Be able to work under minimal supervision with on-target delivery of final cut
• Fluid communication with management and its directives
• Work hours are weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (12mn – 8 am Manila Time), need to be flexible with hours worked throughout different parts of the day

Salary and Benefits

• 200 PHP hourly rate
• Full Time Status after 3 months of probation
• Possible Discretionary and annual performance bonus
