Job Description:

As a Direct Response Sales Page Designer, you will be at the forefront of our product launch strategy. Your mission will be to design visually stunning and high-converting long-format text sales letters (TSLs). You will work closely with our elite team of copywriters and designers to create sales pages that not only capture attention but drive significant conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence: Create visually compelling and high-converting TSLs in Figma that stand out in the marketplace.
• Skimmable Content: Use imagery, bolding, highlighting, and other design techniques to ensure sales copy is easily skimmable and highly engaging.
• Visual Hierarchy: Employ optimal headline sizing, contrasting colors, colored backgrounds, and icons to emphasize key messages and enhance readability.
• Brand Alignment: Implement themes and color schemes that perfectly align with the product and brand aesthetics.
• Seamless Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal and external design teams to integrate all design elements flawlessly.
• Offer Structure: Emulate and innovate effective offer structures from reference pages, including “No Thanks” links and pop-up offers to maximize conversions.
Benchmark Excellence: Ensure the TSL design is at par with or exceeds the best in the industry.

Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in designing direct response sales pages, particularly long-format text sales letters.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma and other design tools.
• Design Mastery: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with copywriters and development teams.
• Attention to Detail: Unwavering commitment to detail and aesthetics.
• Performance Under Pressure: Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Experience in the health and wellness industry or similar sectors.
• Conversion Optimization: Familiarity with best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Portfolio of Excellence: A portfolio showcasing previous successful direct response sales pages.

Trial Task:
