Job Description

Due to a significant increase in lead generation, we are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to efficiently manage the high volume of new inbound leads and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects. This role is crucial in maximizing the potential of our growing lead pool.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize and respond to a large influx of new inbound leads through calls, texts, and emails.
Conduct diligent follow-ups with prospects to ensure engagement and progress toward sales opportunities.
Leverage our CRM to effectively track interactions, manage lead data, and ensure timely follow-up.
Quickly establish rapport with leads to assess their needs and potential for sales opportunities.
Achieve daily performance metrics with a focus on converting inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments.

Requirements:

Exceptional English communication skills, proficient in handling phone, email, and messaging interactions.
Prior experience in appointment setting or similar roles within sales environments, handling high volumes of leads.
Ability to manage and personalize sales scripts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Resilient and persistent, comfortable managing large numbers of leads and maintaining high engagement levels.
Coachable with a strong interest in ongoing professional development within a sales context.
