We are currently seeking an Inbound Call Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is remote, requiring the candidate to work according to the Seattle, WA time zone, and may include both night and weekend shifts. The primary responsibility (at first) will be to handle inbound calls to schedule home inspections efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.

This position offers the potential for significant career advancement for those driven to learn and take on more responsibility. We are looking for someone who aspires to grow with us and take on the role of Office Manager, with the possibility of doubling or tripling their pay over a few years, based on performance.

Qualifications:
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
-Reliable internet connection.
-Backup power source is preferred but not required.
-No previous experience in home inspection is necessary; training will be provide.

Responsibilities
-Answer inbound calls and assist clients with scheduling home inspections.
-Provide detailed information about our services to potential clients.
-Maintain and update appointment calendars.
-Collaborate with our home inspectors to ensure smooth operation.
-Perform administrative duties as needed.
