Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Handler. As an essential part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues via incoming phone calls. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Listen actively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and offer appropriate solutions to resolve issues.
Maintain a positive and patient attitude while managing challenging customer interactions.
Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and relevant departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to ensure accurate information delivery.
Strive to meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall enhancement of customer service procedures.
