Job Description

Our company John Padilla Plumbing located in San Diego, CA has a fantastic remote job opportunity for a highly skilled individual. We are seeking a dedicated customer-oriented candidate to be our Inbound Call Taker (CSR). You will play a vital role in ensuring outstanding customer service and providing support to both our clients and team members. A proactive team-player who can quickly learn our processes and systems to help us deal with inbound client inquiries in a timely manner.

Job Description
1. Phone Call Management:
– Answer incoming phone calls promptly and Professionally.
– Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
– Follow the guidelines provided for customer interactions and issue resolution.
– Gather relevant information from callers to book service calls accurately.
2. Booking Calls in Service Titan:
– Utilize the Service Titan operating system to schedule and manage service calls.
– Enter customer details, including name, contact information, address, and issue
– Assign the appropriate plumber or technician to the scheduled call.
– Ensure accurate data entry to minimize errors and scheduling conflicts.
– Review dispatch dashboard at all times and check customer’s schedule. Always provide approximate time according to the booked job and dispatch calendar’s availability
3. Customer Service Excellence:
– Maintain a friendly and professional tone during all customer interactions.
– Provide accurate and clear information about the company’s services and pricing.
– Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
– Aim to exceed customer expectations and leave a positive impression.
4. Communication and Reporting:
– Keep open lines of communication with the client for any updates or changes.
– Provide regular reports on call volume, call durations, and customer feedback.

Requirements
Has experience operating our system SERVICE TITAN is preferred but not required.
Has a minimum 2-year experience in customer service
Fluent in English is a must and Native American Speaker is preferred.
Has own equipment – computer and noise canceling headset with microphone and high-speed internet connection.
Has great communications skills both oral and written
Can communicate effectively with both customers and members of the team.
Is resourceful and capable of resolving issues quickly.
Can work without distractions.
Can work on a graveyard shift Pacific Time with 8-hour full-time schedules – 5 days a week – weekends off.

Compensation: $640 monthly salary with biweekly payout + $10 unlimited commission with every booked membership.
