A Position is available for an inbound Salesperson with demonstrable background in the Australian Restaurant Equipment Industry.

About Us

is an online business which sells Commercial Catering Equipment and restaurant appliances for many industries in Australia and New Zealand including Restaurants & Cafes, Education, Aged Care, Medical and Building.
We supply commercial fridges and freezers, cooking equipment, coffee machines, furniture, dishwashers, stainless steel benches and other food service/catering equipment.

Our business is made up of a small team of multi talented and flexible sales and IT professionals (mainly located in the Philippines). With low overheads we are able to provide sharp market pricing and generally pass savings onto our customers.

About the Role

We have an upcoming opportunity in September 2023 for a proactive and experienced salesperson to join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team with day to day inbound and outbound sales support.

You will be responsible for:

· Being the key contact for (answering) inbound calls
· Answering basic pre-sales queries
· Providing quick delivery estimates
· Following up outstanding invoices for payment
· Verifying website orders & delivery addresses
· Preparing quotes & invoices
– Following up quotes to ultimately convert them into sales
· Coordinating deliveries between couriers and receivers
· Suited to someone with prior knowledge in kitchen equipment or hospitality

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a keen interest and commitment in supporting the service of key clients. You will have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively, and be willing to learn and support the daily activities of the business to support our current growth.

In addition you will be able to demonstrate the following:

· strong experience in eCommerce or phone sales role
· experience within the hospitality or kitchen equipment industry
· sound knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Google Drive apps such as Sheets & Docs
· experience using CRMs such as Zoho
· experience supporting sales professionals
· exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
· naturally helpful nature and willingness to assist wherever needed
· not a time-thief (we regularly check screenshots of your work diaries)
