Job Description:
As a solely Inbound based Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our sales growth, you’ll be the front line of our operation, turning inbound leads into lucrative deals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on fast-paced conversations, negotiation, and making things happen in the US real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries, responding promptly and effectively within two minutes, regardless of the time of day.
Engage with potential clients, past clients, understand their needs, and present suitable real estate solutions.
Call inbound leads within 2 minutes of receiving the inquiry to maximize conversion rates.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales processes.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Record: Track record of successful sales, in real estate wholesaling.
Real Estate Insight: Understanding of market trends, property values, and transaction processes.
Clear Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals proficiently.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software for lead management.
Self-Driven: Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Problem-Solving: Skill in resolving challenges encountered during sales.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documentation and compliance.
Networking: Ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
Ethical Integrity: Commitment to ethical conduct and legal compliance.
Work Schedule:
Part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours a week to start.
Initial two-week paid trial period to assess fit and performance.
