We’re looking for an expert INBOUND SALES REP to manage new and existing clients each month using LINKEDIN AND COLD EMAIL OUTREACH.

We’re a B2B lead gen agency and help our clients generate more sales and revenue by booking them highly qualified booked appointments in their calendar on a 100?Y basis, using cold outbound channels. We’ve worked with 37+ established marketing agencies in different verticals with a 100% success rate.

Specifically, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and ambitious INBOUND SALES REP/APPOINTMENT SETTER that wants to be a part of a movement to make this world a happier and more successful place.

MUST HAVE JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

– 3+ Years Experience in B2B Sales or Appointment Setting
– Excellent Written English, should be extremely professional and formal (most conversations would be via written communication)
– Fluent Spoken English, should sound as good as a native English speaker (there is no cold calling involved here, calling is required only on follow-ups, callbacks, and inbound calls)
– Expertise in LINKEDIN OUTREACH
– Expertise in responding to COLD EMAILS
– Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel to manage opportunities, lead pipeline, add contacts and etc…
– Management of multiple LINKEDIN accounts using automation tools and anti detect browser
– Expertise in LINKEDIN AUTOMATION TOOLS
– Expertise in COLD EMAIL tools like INSTANTLY.A AND to manage cold email outreach
– Knowledge of importing and exporting lead lists from platforms like AND
– Understanding of Email Deliverability, open rate, reply rate, positive reply rate, and appointment booking rate
– Understanding of Email setup (everything including sfp, dkim, dmarc, custom tracking and cold email setup will be done by someone else, however, a basic understanding of this is required)
– Replying to inbound Linkedin messages and cold emails for different clients using 1 UNIFIED inbox
– Replying to inbound Linkedin messages and cold emails professionally and quickly with excellent English
– Sending outbound LinkedIn messages, connection requests, and sending emails to interested prospects
– Replying to interested prospects professionally and booking appointments with them through LinkedIn messages and Cold email
– Confirming booked appointments by calling, texting, emailing or sending LinkedIn message.
– Sending more information on emails for the prospects who ask for detailed information via email before booking a call
– Booking appointments in the client’s google calendar, calendly, ghl calendar or any other schedular of the client’s choice
– Confirming booked appointments by marking them on GHL opportunities
– Following up with no-shows through emails, texts, and phone calls
– Following up with prospects who showed interest but didn’t book through emails, texts, and phone calls
– Putting certain contacts on DND (do not disturb), removing them from the outreach and etc…
– Keeping in touch with OUR clients on Slack to maintain a positive relationship and answer any questions about the appointments that are getting booked for them

ATTRIBUTES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

– Excellent Written English, should be extremely professional and formal (most conversations would be via written communication)

– Proven track record of consistency & discipline
– Charisma, extraversion & enthusiasm
– Open to training and coaching to excel in the position

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

– Fast Laptop/Computer with 64-bit processor (windows or mac)
– Fast and reliable internet connection
– Webcam (for team meetings)
– Good quality headset with microphone for crisp and clear communication with prospects.
– Must know how to use team communication tools like Asana, slack, Trello etc..

Timing: 9 am PST – 5 pm PST (US TIME ZONE)
Expect a long-term role with plenty of room for growth. Approx 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
