Inbound/Outbound Client Service Agent PART TIME

PART TIME
Tuesday- Friday: 1pm to 5pm PST
Saturday: 8am- 12pm PST
PAY: $5 Per Hour
REQUIRED:
Perfect English Speaking and Written Skills
FAST AND RELIABLE INTERNET
RELIABLE COMPUTER
Headset with microphone (VoIP Capable)
Multi-tasker
Quick and accurate data entry skills
Able to speak in a conversational tone with clients, not monotone and not scripted but the ability to hold a natural conversation with no script.
JOB OVERVIEW
This will be a Part-time job and the rep will be doing the following:
Calling past clients to see how their experience with the company was and to see if they are interested in getting another cleaning
Sending out schedule reminders to clients
Auditing payments and entering payments
Scheduling cleanings
Upselling cleanings to inbound clients seeking to make an appointment
Contacting teams on the field to find out arrival status, and to provide feedback
Rescheduling appointments if teams do not show up.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service, even in stressful situations.
This will require you to learn our scheduling software and be able to talk/type and relay information quickly. There will be sales goals that will need to be met for the continuation of employment.
