Job Description

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST–THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB

Calling Window:
+8am-6pm MST; 7 days a week; +40hrs/week

Job Responsibilities:
+Place and take calls using Batch Dialer and contact potential prospects based on required campaigns. The goal is to determine if they want to sell within the next 6 months and determine their motivation for selling. You are NOT selling them.

+Prospects will be generated for you from another part of the company.
+ If a prospect is motivated to sell, then move the lead to the acquisition manager.
+ If not then you determine general follow up of the lead.

Report to:
+Inbound/Outbound manager

Weekly Requirements:
+5 min daily email updates (questions, struggles, successes, needs) for first two weeks
+1hr performance meeting (1x per week); debrief on leads; training; struggles for the week
+Open line of communication

Mandatory Tech Needs:
+Batch Dialer (autodialer); we can train if not familiar
+Fast/reliable internet connection (non negotiable)
+Reliable Computer (non negotiable)

Personality Skills:
+Little to no English accent-mandatory
+Excellent written and spoken English
+Organized
+Ability to ask questions and desire to grow
+Motivated my money
+Hearing NO 100 times doesn’t phase you
+Interest in real estate investments and how to grow wealth

Note: There is the ability to move up in the company if desired based on performance.

Interview Process for Applicants:

We will let you know when you have passed Stage 1

Stage 1: Please change the SUBJECT LINE to (YLHB Inbound/Outbound); BRIEF intro to your experience with this type of position; and WHY you want this position. If you don’t do this you will not be moved into stage 2.

Stage 2: Recording of you reading a script w/ video. We will give you this. Pretend you are speaking with a real person.

Stage 3: Virtually meet with your manager for a get to know you, some Q&A, a scenario based role play session and your ability to ask your questions.

Stage 4: Hired and onboarding begins
