Job Description

During Eastern Standard Time working hours 9am – 5pm M-F, I need someone who speaks and writes perfect English at will to answer all incoming calls and be able to communicate via email properly. The calls aren’t constant, maybe 50-100 in an 8 hour day, so 5-15 calls per hour that come in that need messages or need to be rerouted to a staff member. There will be a few dozen outgoing calls each day chasing customers for information and payment.

We are looking for someone to work with us throughout the day to deal with all aspects of administration in our busy practice; filing, scheduling, chasing customers, inbound calls, re-routing calls, taking messages, emails, filing, sorting. Need someone loyal; we will be loyal to someone who is loyal to us. We’re looking for that one special team member that plans on staying with us for many years and we WILL reward that person greatly as he/she proves themselves and as we prove ourselves to you as your employer.

We will give specified holidays off and pay will increase based on the standards of your work and efforts. Our pay periods are every other Friday.

We are looking for a special person to join our small staff. We are a close knit family and this person will be joining our family, so it’s going to be critical to us to find the right person.
