PLEASE NO AGENCIES – Join our existing OFS (Online Filipino Specialist) team.

Real Estate Experience REQUIRED! – Real Estate appointment setting, analysis, and making offers on behalf of aquisition manager

Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls with prospective motivated home sellers & initial property evaluations. This will require daily activity reporting & lead follow-up, data mining, etc.
– Hours are Eastern Standard Time (10AM – 6PM Monday – Friday)
Must be good at following our process and assisting in maintaining our database and sales funnel. We require someone with experience making calls and evaluating real estate in the United States. Other activities include sending purchase agreements to sellers, transaction management and data research. Fluent in English is a must!

About: We are a rapidly growing Real Estate investment company that purchases off-market single and multi family homes. We are looking for a new team member to screen/qualify inbound leads and hand off the warm leads for our team to close. Looking for someone with call volume management, tracking/reporting, & a background as a successful real estate virtual assistant. We will provide 1 on 1 initial training on the use of our systems including a power dialer integrated into our ZOHO crm software. We have scripts to follow and proven process for continued success.

Daily Tasks:
– Follow up with newest incoming leads first via call dialer
– Delete trash leads and/or mark unwanted prospects to the do not call list / dead lead category
– Call leads that were scheduled for follow-up
– Analyze potential motivated real estate deals through and zillow using given parameters
– Schedule calls with sales managers and notify sales team of Hot / Motivated seller leads

Requirements to be considered:
1 – Fluent Conversational English please submit sample recording
2 – Experience operating in a real estate lead database program
3 – Successful inside sales experience specifically in Real Estate Acquisitions
4 – Experience using a call dialer such as MOJO or Ringio
5 – Must submit resume and prior company they worked for including their website.
