Working in a B2B sales environment. The role includes taking inbound calls with new and existing customers, match their requirements to the product and complete the sale, booking on web orders, answering customer queries via email and webchat. All product training will be provided but you will need a good excellent verbal and written english/telephone manner, proven record of hitting targets, exceptional customer service skills and rapport building.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sending quotes, proforma invoices and designs to customers
Processing orders placed and booking on jobs / shipments
Liaising with warehouse, carriers and suppliers about delivery times
Answering phone & emails to customer queries & quote requests – NOTE UK WORKING HOURS 0900 GMT to 1700 GMT – Quiet room with good mobile phone signal is required
Responding to customer inbound email queries /web chats and sending quotes
