We are expanding our team to enhance our customer engagement and sales operations. We are seeking a talented and motivated Inbound Phone Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on converting prospective client calls into scheduled appointments for our sales representatives and technicians in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from prospective clients with professionalism and courtesy.
Convert Leads: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments for our sales representatives or sales technicians.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure appointments are confirmed and clients are well-informed.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, demonstrating excellent command of English.
Data Management: Accurately record and update client information and interactions in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of scheduled appointments and client information.
Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
Language Skills: Exceptional English language skills, both spoken and written.
Experience: Proven experience in inbound phone sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, telephony systems, and other relevant technology.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability: Flexible working hours to accommodate Canadian time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to Canadian clients.
Familiarity with home services or related industries.
Background in remote work or virtual sales environments.
