We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, converting leads into booked jobs, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing detailed information about our services and answering any questions.
Convert leads into booked jobs by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing customer needs.
Utilize our Smart Moving CRM to track and manage leads, follow up with potential customers, and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of booked jobs.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of our services to better serve our customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, with experience in Smart Moving CRM being a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, business, or a related field is a plus.

Monday: 4pm-12am CST
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 6pm-12am CST
Thursday: 6pm-12am CST
Friday: 6pm-12am CST
Saturday: 6pm-12am CST
Compensation:
Hourly: $8USD/Hour
Commission: 1-3% (tiered based on performance)
