Job Overview
Ensure all customer queries, quotes, and sales tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and update the CRM whilst liaising with other staff as part of an integrated approach to sales to ensure all potential inquiries are converted successfully into orders.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assisting with customer inquiries via phone and email
Quickly and accurately preparing quotes for clients
Sourcing or providing suitable options based on the client’s needs
Building good working relationships with trusted and new suppliers in Australia and internationally
Qualifying leads and working with Account Managers for larger opportunities
Managing the client’s full sales journey including:
– Checking or requesting artwork
– Creating sales quotes and invoices
– Move orders to production
– Order samples
Requirements
Prior experience as a Sales Representative is required (non-negotiable)
Experience in the promotional products industry is highly desirable.
Exposure to international clients or companies is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required – both written and verbal communication
Strong computer literacy eg: email software, office suite, etc
Has a high-speed internet connection (at least 15Mbps for the Philippines)
Having familiarity with HubSpot CRM is an advantage.
