**** Overview ****

Sky Acquisition is seeking a highly organized and proactive Inbox Manager to join our team. This is very similar to email support, except it has some sales components. This role is central to our operations.

You will be qualifying/disqualifying the leads, communicating with them, and then scheduling sales appointments with the qualified leads. Our clients are primarily high-performing marketing agencies and SaaS companies.

**** Compensation ****

This will depend on your level of skill and who else applies to the job. Minimum $4 USD/hour. If you have experience in email support, customer service, or SDR/BDR experience, this rate could be higher.

Opportunities for raises and promotions within the company based on performance.

**** Work Hours ****

• 8 AM – 4 PM Central Time (CDT)
• Monday – Friday. 4-8 hours a day
• 20 minimum, 40 maximum a week. The amount depends on your availability and hourly rate.
• We prefer to hire someone Full-time (40 hours).

**** Time Zone ****

We run on Central Time (CDT), 13 hours behind Manila Time. For example, if it is 2 PM Thursday in Central time, it is 3 AM Friday in Manila time.

This is important because you must be available from 8 AM to 4 PM Central time as you’ll be emailing people in North America. So, you must be available between 9 PM and 5 AM Manila time. If you are not available during those hours, please do not apply for this job.

**** Responsibilities ****

•??Email Management: Handle emails for Sky Acquisition and our clients’ inboxes, ensuring timely responses within 5 minutes.

• Lead Management: Filter and categorize email responses, qualify potential clients, and schedule sales appointments.

• Communication: Maintain clear and professional correspondence with potential leads and team members.

• Tracking: Use Hubstaff to log work hours—please note, this software captures screenshots to protect both parties.

• Reporting: Keep detailed records on incoming emails and lead interactions in simple CRM tools and Google Sheets.

**** Ideal Candidate Profile ****

• Superb Written English: Your ability to write clearly and persuasively is crucial.

• Attention to Detail: You meticulously follow instructions and manage tasks with precision.

• Tech-savvy: Proficient with modern communication tools like Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRM software.

• Quick Learner: Able to absorb information effectively from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and one-on-one training sessions.

• Communication Proficiency: Comfortable with frequent, clear communication across the team, utilizing platforms like Slack and Zoom.

• Adaptability: You’re comfortable in a dynamic environment and can handle the pressure of quick turnarounds.

• Trainability: Must be eager to learn and adapt, taking directions well and implementing feedback effectively.

• Experience: Experience in virtual customer service, sales, chat/email support, etc.

• Sales Acumen: Experience in sales, marketing, business development, lead generation, etc.

• Technical Requirements: Must have reliable access to a computer with a microphone and camera for the duration of your shift.

**** Our Company ****

Sky Acquisition is a vibrant lead-generation agency that helps companies scale by setting sales appointments through strategic email outreach.

Our business could be called an ???Email Marketing Agency’, ‘Cold Email Agency’, or ‘Lead Generation Agency’. We work with other companies to get them sales calls/meetings. We do this by sending emails on our client’s behalf and then handling the responses from those emails. We have several clients, each with their own email inboxes. Every inbox will receive replies from leads we have contacted, and your main role will be to communicate with the leads that have replied. With a team of 3, based in Winnipeg, MB, Canada, we’re expanding and looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.
