I am looking for an Inbox Manager, which is very similar to email support. You will be responding to incoming emails. These emails will be from leads we have contacted for B2B services. You will be qualifying/disqualifying the leads, communicating with them, and then scheduling sales appointments with the qualified leads.
Your Main Responsibilities:
*Oversee multiple client inboxes (Gmail inboxes)
*Respond & communicate with leads
*Follow up with leads
*Keep track of leads with a simple CRM
*Schedule meetings for our clients (through Calendly)
*Keep up-to-date reports on the incoming emails
The Ideal Candidate:
–Superb English written skills
–Willingness to learn from both SOPs and 1-on-1s.
–Comfortable with frequent communication with the team
–Must be trainable, and takes direction well
–Some experience in virtual customer service, chat/email support, etc
— KNOWS HOW TO USE SLACK & GMAIL for communication
Our Company:
Works with other businesses to get them sales calls/meeting. We do this by sending emails on our client’s behalf, and then handling the responses from those emails. Our business could be referred to as ‘Email Marketers’, ‘Cold Email’, or ‘Lead Generation’. We have several clients, each with their own email inboxes. Every inbox will receive replies from leads we have contacted, and your main role will be to communicate with the leads that have replied.
Basically:
– We send out thousands of emails to leads
– Some of those leads respond to us
– You communicate with those leads and try to book them into sales meetings with our clients
About Me:
My name is Alex and I run my business with two other business partners. This is an American business, but we work with businesses worldwide. I am growing a Lead Generation Agency that specializes in Cold email. The reputation of the business is important, and I’m dedicated to getting results for my clients. I am starting to not have enough time to properly look after the inboxes myself, so I am hiring help for that reason.
We will communicate through Slack and Zoom. You must have access to a microphone and camera for the duration of your shift.
Hours:
– Part-Time & SOON FULL TIME, Monday-Friday. 20-40 hours per week/ 4-8 hours per day
– 10 minimum, 40 maximum. The amount depends on your availability and hourly rate.
We run on Eastern Time (MT) most of the time. You should be available to work between 9am EST to 6pm EST!
If you are not available Monday-Friday, during those hours, do not apply for this job!

Pay:
TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. Minimum $4.00 USD /hour. If you have experience in email support and/or customer service this rate could be higher and will get higher!
