Job Description

We are China National Building Material Exhibition & Trade Center, the major player in the building material and prefabricated house industry in China, also an official platform for Chinese quality products in this industry to go global. Unable to send staff to the Philippines currently, we are in dire need of an able personnel to lead market development for our newly-registered branch company in the Philippines. This is a remote full-time job. You will be the spearhead for us, reaching potential local partners and clients on our behalf, dealing with daily business operation matters hands-on, and in the future, leading the local market development team.

Your Duties:
• Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
• Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy
• Develop new relationships within the commercial and residential construction community
• Master the construction sales process at their company
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
• Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports
• Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities
• Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
• Achieve/exceed target quota

We prefer you to be:
• Open for existing Contractors, Suppliers, Developers or independent sales agent
• Has Strong connections or resources with Local Developers, Distributors or Contractors
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Familiar with architectural specifications and construction materials
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

We will offer you:
1. Salary based on skills and qualifications
2. Sales commission
