I am hiring a part time (10-20 hours / week) to help with administrative tasks, as well as, creating systems in my business. This position will also be responsible for assisting with client outreach via Instagram direct messaging, using our sales workflow and scripts. Additionally, you will be planning and scheduling social media content for our brand. This position will move to full time (40 hours / week) as soon as we grow to create that need. This position will drive the growth of our business.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
* Familiarity with social media platforms
* Familiarity with client relationship management software
* Familiarity with project management tools like Trello
* Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
* Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:
* Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
* General admin tasks
* Follow a sales workflow and scripts to schedule sales meetings with Chefs
* Document the sales activities in GoHighLevel CRM
* Plan and schedule social media content for our brand
* 10-20 hours per week to start, 40 hours per week as we grow
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work and booked clients
We give pay increases based on performance
