**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct thorough zoning code research to ensure compliance and optimize project feasibility.
– Develop innovative industrial site plans, maximizing space utilization and efficiency.
– Design industrial properties primarily utilizing pre-fabricated metal building shells, balancing functionality with aesthetic appeal.
– Provide expert guidance on building materials, structural integrity, and sustainability practices.
– Collaborate closely with our team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions on demand.
**Qualifications:**
– Professional degree in Architecture and licensure preferred.
– Extensive experience in industrial site planning and building design, with a focus on pre-fabricated metal structures.
– Proven expertise in zoning code research and interpretation, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements.
– Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
– Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
