Job Description

The Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our influencer and affiliate marketing strategy. This role will work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure that our affiliate marketing efforts align with the overall budget and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, budgeting and negotiation skills, and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
– Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
– Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to maximize their performance.
– Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and ensure targets are met.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
– Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, agreements, and commission structures.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to continually improve the affiliate program.
– Manage and cultivate brand partnerships on social media platforms to achieve pre-determined
– Handle public relations requests on behalf of the company to enhance brand awareness and maintain a positive public image.
– Collaborate with media outlets and influencers to secure coverage and features.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role.
– Experience with Tik Tok Shops
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– A strong understanding of current social media landscape and trends.
– Ability to manage to a budget to achieve revenue goals
– Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize strategies.
