Objective:
To successfully plan, execute, and monitor Influencer Campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales for Cre8tive Labs’ THC vape line in California dispensaries and direct-to-consumer channels.
Role:
Influencer Campaign Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Identification and Recruitment
Research and create a list of potential influencers who align with Cre8tive Labs’ brand values and target audience.
Reach out to shortlisted influencers for collaboration opportunities.
2. Contract Negotiation and Onboarding
Negotiate terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation with selected influencers.
Complete the contractual process and initiate onboarding.
3. Campaign Strategy and Planning
Develop the Influencer Campaign Strategy including objectives, KPIs, messaging, and deliverables.
Coordinate with the influencers on content creation guidelines specific to Cre8tive Labs’ THC vape line.
4. Content Review and Approval
Collect content and submit it for the team to review before it goes live on our social media channels.
5. Campaign Execution
Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely posting of content.
Communicate any last-minute changes or updates to the influencers.
6. Monitoring and Tracking
Use tracking tools to monitor metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and conversion.
Regularly update the internal team on campaign performance.
7. Payment Disbursement
Monitor and create reports on payment deliverables of content creators.
8. Post-Campaign Analysis
Gather all data and compile a Post-Campaign Analysis Report.
Evaluate the ROI of the campaign and identify areas for improvement.
9. Relationship Maintenance
Keep the lines of communication open for future collaboration with the influencers.
10. Compliance and Reporting
Document all phases of the campaign for internal records and potential audits.
11. Can event and interview coordination.
Coordinate interviews with car profiles for interviews for our Youtube channel.
12. Mass SMS, Instagram, Email Marketing Management.
