Job Description

We are in search of a seasoned and innovative Influencer Campaign Manager with a track record of excellence in managing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns. As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns that align with our clients’ objectives and brand identity.

Language: English

Timeline: August 2023 – December 2023, ability to renew for a longer contract depending on performance.

Hours: Up to Full-time, from 20 – 35 per week

Responsibilities

PROJECT DELIVERABLES
• Manage influencer campaigns by communicating with influencers and brand clients
• Work on creative development for campaigns
• Research and source influencers for campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance rigorously, leveraging data-driven insights to adapt strategies and achieve campaign goals.
• Assist in developing campaign reports and debriefs
• Collaborate with the Campaign team
• Stay abreast of industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging influencer marketing best practices.

MONTHLY & WEEKLY TASKS
• Weekly – Monday and Friday Campaign Update calls & report
• Manage project updates via our project management tool ( or if there another one assigned)
• Communicate to Influencers via text, Telegram, Sosani’s Instagram, assigned a Sosani email, or any other platform deemed reasonable for communication.

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years consecutive experience in influencer marketing as a coordinator/manager, preferably within an agency or brand context.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing influencer marketing campaigns that have achieved notable results.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse social media platforms, trends, and influencer ecosystems.
• Priority** Exceptional English communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish and nurture relationships with influencers and clients.
• Proficiency in data analysis for deriving actionable insights and optimizing campaign performance.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools for monitoring and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Communication & Project Management Software

• OnScale Messaging (for influencers)
or equivalent project management tools
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as Tiktok Market Place, Juluis, Captiv8, Tagger, #Paid, Grin, CreatorIQ or any other relevant influencer software.
