We’re a fast-growing client-centric European digital sales agency, helping the most exciting start-up brands launch in Europe. We cover and manage the entire end to end process for brands from logistics, digital marketing, customer service, B2B/B2C sales and full-service Amazon Europe management.
We work mainly with crowd funded brands from around the world, that have raised millions of $ on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn more about the start-up life and the fun and challenges of working with high growth companies.
We are looking for an influencer marketing manager to start part time working 50% of full hours but with a view to expanding based on success. You will be in charge of managing content creation for multiple brands and should have at least 3+ years experience in influencer marketing specifically as this is the focus.
Key Responsibilities:
– Managing all communication with influencers
– Emailing and vetting inbound influencer requests
– Finding and outreach to new potential influencers
– Managing expectations of content creators, setting clear expectations and goals for them
– Authorising product samples to be shipped
– Following up to ensure timelines are managed for posting
– Keeping our Click-up Influencer board updated daily
– Updating performance of each influencer post.
– Coming up with strategies for increasing visibility for brands.
– Using your own experience to turn creators into Strategic partners / ambassadors.
– Managing any affiliate programmes / share of revenue.
– Managing our Instagram/>Facebook communities for some brands – vetting posts, replying to comments, posting on other pages, reporting videos.
To succeed in this role you must have:
-3+ years experience working in influencer marketing.
– Be tech savvy and understand how social media works.
– Be on the pulse for trends
– A self starter, willing to come up with ideas and implement them!
We are looking for a candidate that should:
Have excellent copywriting and communication skills
Be interested in learning more about how industries like ecommerce and marketing work
Be creative with outstanding attention to detail
Be highly organised and self-motivated
You MUST have strong written and verbal English communication skills in order to reply to influencers by email perfectly. You should also be comfortable adapting ‘voice/tone’ of emails to match our brands partner voice.
