Influencer Manager

Job Title: Influencer Manager for Fashion, Beauty, and Tech Influencer

I am looking for an experienced and dynamic Influencer Manager to join my team. As the Influencer Manager for my Fashion, Beauty, and Tech social media accounts, you will be responsible for negotiating on my behalf and ensuring that they are not being short-changed or exploited.
Responsibilities:
Build and present a presentable resume and media kit for the influencer
Send out applications to the most relevant brands and agencies for collaboration opportunities
Negotiate contracts on behalf of the influencer to ensure fair compensation and terms
Develop long- and short-term plans that will help the influencer build their brand and maximize their reach on social media
Implement strategies that will help the influencer grow their following and increase their engagement
Manage relationships with brands and agencies to secure ongoing collaboration opportunities
Provide regular reports on the influencer’s performance and ROI
Requirements:

Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and securing collaboration opportunities for influencers
Strong understanding of the fashion, beauty, and tech industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience building and presenting resumes and media kits for influencers
Ability to develop and execute long- and short-term plans for influencer growth
Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for maximizing reach and engagement
Experience working with multiple influencers in similar niches and achieving success for them
