Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Virtual Assistant with a passion for influencer marketing to join our team. As an Influencer Manager, you will play a crucial role in vetting NOOMI influencers, managing collaborations, and overseeing campaigns. This role demands perfect written English, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to confidently execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Job Type:
Part-Time (16-18 hours per week)

Salary:
$260 USD/month (with potential for salary and time increase based on performance after 3 months)

Start Date:
Mid-January 2024

Responsibilities:
* Vet influencers and manage collaborations
* Handle campaign coordination and execution
* Communicate clearly and effectively with influencers, conveying campaign objectives, expectations, and guidelines
* Build and nurture positive relationships with influencers
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and compensation with influencers
* Develop creative and engaging campaign ideas aligned with brand and audience
* Utilize analytical skills to measure campaign success and optimize future strategies
* Effectively manage time to meet multiple tasks and deadlines
* Stay informed about industry changes, adapting strategies accordingly
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of various social media platforms
* Pay meticulous attention to campaign details, contracts, and content to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Navigate ethical considerations, ensuring campaigns align with brand values and influencer authenticity
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during campaigns
* Bring enthusiasm and a passion for influencer marketing to the NOOMI Stockholm team
