Job Description:
You will have two different fields of responsibilities – pitch myself as a content creator for brands, and help manage our business at marketing agency:
You will work closely with myself regarding growing my personal brand, providing comprehensive support, pitching to brands, and ensuring my success.
Simultaneously, you will contribute to the agency’s marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Personal Assistant for Content Creator (Influencer):
– Employ your intelligence and passion to proactively pitch the content creator as an influencer to relevant brands, highlighting their unique value proposition and negotiating lucrative long-term brand deals.
– Coordinate brand collaborations and partnerships, ensuring seamless communication, contract negotiations, and timely execution.
– Develop and execute strategies to enhance the personal brand image and visibility of the content creator as an influencer.
– Assist in organizing and coordinating content creation activities, including photo and video shoots, editing, and post-production.
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that aligns with the content creator’s personal brand and resonates with their audience.
– Act as the dedicated point of contact and support for the content creator, managing their calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Marketing and Administrative Support:
– Assist the agency in executing B2B marketing strategies, including content creation, campaign management, and communication with clients.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients for the agency’s B2B marketing initiatives.
– Support the agency’s director in managing client relationships, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
– Provide general administrative support, such as managing correspondence, preparing presentations, and handling ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role working with influncers influencers
– Proven track record of successfully pitching and managing influencers for brand partnerships
– Strong understanding of content creation, influencer marketing strategies, and marketing principles.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Smart, driven, and passionate about influencer marketing
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
