Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant with a technical flair in marketing. You will be working with one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the US!

The Role
Qualify influencers within niche communities in TikTok, IG, YouTube, and podcasts (# of followers, Engagement Rate, Feed Posts align with the brand’s mission, etc.)
Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting ( # of Outreach, Response Rate)
Templated outreach and contract coordination – client to provide templates
Manage outreach administrative/data entry touch-points
Escalating issues when appropriate regarding influencer contract negotiation and/or influencer deliverables
Contract facilitation
Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
Support order fulfillment/logistics of getting the product to influencers
Manage ongoing influencer campaigns (review content posted if within the guidelines)
Quality assurance on influencer content and airchecks prior to content going live (first pass at content review before client)
Gather content performance metrics directly from the influencers and import them into tracking spreadsheets (total impressions, story views, engagements, etc.)
Monitor partner/affiliate pages to ensure all discounts listed are active and correct

The Requirements
Must have 2+ years of experience with Influencer marketing campaigns (or affiliate marketing campaigns)
Experience with Share a Sale or similar is strongly preferred and a nice-to-have
Experience with Google Analytics 4 a nice-to-have
Pull data from Google Analytics (as/if applicable) and note trends and/or provide basic insights
Prior dedicated experience supporting Influencer efforts
Ability to work US time zones (EST preferred)
Experience with MS Office and Slack for team communications
