Influencer Marketing Assistant – Permanent Work From Home

I am looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join a growing marketing team in the US. This teammate will assist with the execution of the campaigns and manage their outreach administrative/data entry touch-points.

The Role
– Build lists of qualified influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand’s mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
– Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
– Template outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed) – client to provide templates
– Manage outreach administrative/data entry touch-points
– Escalate issues when appropriate regarding contract negotiation and/or deliverables
– Facilitate contract-closing
– Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influences can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
– QC ongoing campaigns (review if the content posted is within the guidelines)
– Perform ad-hoc operations tasks as needede pages to ensure all discounts listed are active and correct

The Requirements
– 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
– Strong written and verbal English communication skills
– Experience with Aspire for influencer marketing (or similar tool)
– Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets
– Ability to work PST
– Has graveyard work experience in the last 6 months

Job details:
Salary range: 45,000 – 55,000
Work Schedule: EST Night shift
Work setup: Permanent Work From Home
