Job Overview
We are currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help build and manage influencer strategy for the portfolio of brands under Rainforest. If you enjoy connecting with creators on platforms like Instagram , Tiktok, Facebook and Pinterest, and are passionate about creating high impact content with such creators, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities and Duties
– Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns through:
*seeding efforts – sending samples to influencers for reviews
*online platforms
*agencies
– Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders within the relevant space for our brands
– Develop content ideas and write and curate content for paid usage
– Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
– Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
– Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
– Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
– Lead the growth of affiliate marketing programs for Rainforest.
– Compile traffic, revenue and engagement rate reports with Google Analytics and necessary tools.
Qualifications
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
– A degree in PR, Communication, Media, Marketing or similar
– Strategic and creative mindset
– Experience in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Pinterest
– Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
– Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
– Ability to offer qualitative and quantitative rationale for ROI
– Familiar with US influencers is a plus
– Able to work independently and own the channel
