We are seeking a skilled and versatile Online Business Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Online Business Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and expanding our online business, which specializes in selling hemp products. This position requires proficiency in content creation, influencer outreach, customer communication, e-commerce tasks, and adaptability to support the launch of new stores.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Create visually appealing and engaging content using Canva or similar design tools.
Develop eye-catching graphics, social media posts, banners, and other visual assets.
Repurpose videos and transform them into Instagram Reels to maximize engagement.
Influencer Outreach:
Identify potential influencers and industry thought leaders for collaboration.
Evaluate influencers’ social media presence and determine their suitability for partnerships.
Reach out to influencers, initiate conversations, and establish partnerships to promote our products.
Chatbot and ChatGPT:
Utilize ChatGPT or similar conversational AI tools to provide personalized responses to customer inquiries.
Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and general support.
Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
E-commerce Tasks:
Perform basic online store maintenance tasks, including inventory management and product updates.
Assist in order processing, shipping coordination, and fulfillment.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Additional Store Launch Support:
Collaborate with the team to support the launch of two new online stores.
Undertake tasks associated with setting up new stores, including product listings and store customization.
Assist in marketing efforts for the new stores, such as social media promotion and content creation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation using Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Familiarity with conversational AI tools like ChatGPT to handle customer inquiries.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.

This part-time position offers flexible working hours of 4 hours per day, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role as our business expands.
