Influencer Marketing Executive

SARAL is an influencer relationship management platform for Ecommerce businesses to find, reach out, manage, and track performance of the influencers they work with. We’re a bootstrapped company from Mumbai, selling to US-based brands — so it’s an exciting chance to work with the team and build a truly international product.

We also have a services side to the business called the “Experts Program” where we execute the influencer campaigns on behalf of clients. This is where you come in.

Note that this is a leadership role and might evolve into semi-ownership of the services side of the business in the future. We’re looking for a mini-COO with a get-things-done attitude who truly cares about client results.

## Your responsibilities will include

– Executing end-to-end influencer programs for some clients for hands-on experience
– Improving upon our SOP’s to get better results for clients
– Holding weekly meetings with the team to ensure alignment and resolve blockers
– Weekly client KPI reporting
– Working with our team of experts to manage the day-to-day work and oversee progress
– Monthly performance tracking and reporting for client campaigns
– Auditing the work of experts and coming up with ideas for improving results
– Taking feedback from clients weekly and incorporate into our execution
