Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Expert to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and managing influencers who align with our clients’ brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to track and optimize influencer performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Identification: Research and identify top influencers within our niche who can effectively promote our clients’ products.
Outreach and Engagement: Communicate with influencers, pitch collaboration opportunities, and build strong relationships.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and collaboration terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from inception to completion.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights.
Strategy Development: Develop and refine influencer marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Client Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, showcasing the impact of influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiation, and campaign management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
