Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and manage relationships with US-based influencers to create compelling content for our clients’ social media channels. The ideal candidate will have campaign planning and execution skills, is an expert in content marketing, enhancing brand visibility and engagement and proficient in content strategy to boost online presence.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support clients’ social media objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, and driving conversions.
* Identify and research potential influencers in various industries and niches, focusing on those with authentic engagement and alignment with clients’ brand values.
* Outreach to influencers via email, social media platforms, and influencer marketing platforms to initiate partnerships and negotiate collaboration terms.
* Manage influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, content briefings, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
* Coordinate content creation process with influencers and clients, providing creative direction, feedback, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
* Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously refine strategies and drive results.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and experience using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and clients.
* Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and developing engaging content concepts.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
